End User License Agreement

Welcome to Greenlight Connect! This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the Greenlight Connect mobile application (“App”), provided by Go Greenlight LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read this Agreement carefully before using our App. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

  1. License Grant
    • We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
  2. Restrictions
    • You agree not to, and will not permit others to:
      • License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the App or make the App available to any third party.
      • Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
      • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including copyright and trademark notices) on any part of the App.
  3. Intellectual Property
    • The App and all rights therein, including, without limitation, copyright, trademarks, trade dress, and all other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the property of Go Greenlight LLC.
  4. User Content
    • The App may allow you to create, post, store, and share content, including photos, text, software, and other materials (collectively, “User Content”). You retain any rights you hold in the User Content and are responsible for the User Content you post.
  5. Privacy Policy
    • We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the App, to understand our practices. The Privacy Policy is available here.
  6. Modifications to App
    • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.
  7. Termination
    • This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or us. We may, in our sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with immediate effect and without prior notice.
  8. Disclaimer of Warranties
    • THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
  9. Limitation of Liability
    • TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF, OR RELATED TO, YOUR USE OF THE APP.
  10. Indemnification
    • You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Go Greenlight LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, actions, or demands, liabilities, and settlements, including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees resulting from, or alleged to result from, your violation of this Agreement.
  11. Governing Law
    • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions.
  12. Changes to This Agreement
    • We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
